2nd quarter 2025
Changing
dynamics.
What stands out in the second quarter of 2025 is the sharp increase in housing supply – the largest rise since 2008. This is mainly due to the large-scale sale of former rental properties. Driven by changing regulations and rising costs, private investors are increasingly choosing to offload their assets. Since these properties often receive less maintenance, we’re seeing a more moderate price trend in this segment.
